This is it.

Expressions of adventure (especially in the automobile space) have traditionally been narrow and exclusionary, inhibiting the opportunity for more people to connect with their own adventurous spirit.

For the curious, adventure needs to be accessible and achievable. The R2 is a vehicle that equips people with the capabilities to claim any adventure.

We launched the R2, their adventure vehicle for the masses. The launch centered around a live keynote presentation that also teased the future vision for the brand, the R3 and the R3X.

Adventure isn’t something to seek. Life itself is the adventure. It’s this spirit that inspired the unveil film for the R2. A cinematic ode to the human experiences the vehicles enables, created in collaboration with Director, Jason Harper.

Modern nostalgia.

The “Slideshow” teaser film for the Rivian R3 and R3X serves as a “and one more thing” moment for the keynote event.

The film was inspired by the theater in which it debuted and the sense of modern nostalgia evoked by the designs of the R3 and R3X.

This was my first entry into the automobile category. The one i had spent most of my career wanting to break into. It was a rush walking into the design studio thinking we're launching the R2, only to be surprised with the news that we would be launching the R3 + R3X as well.

Also. Shooting all over LA w/ a super secret mule is wild. A Rivian enthusiast blew up our spot with a cell phone pic from a skyscraper thousands of feet away. Pretty good PR if you ask me.
